In the course of our ministry we work with leaders around the world who face unanticipated challenges in their ministries. We have encountered some issues so frequently that we have developed workshops to address these specific topics.  Examples include how to respond biblically to moral failures in leadership, how to properly balance marriage and ministry, and how to establish and maintain biblical communications in a ministry.

We train national pastors and lay leaders in countries where there is no access to Bible colleges and seminaries.  We also train graduate students and serve recent graduates who are new to their shepherding and leadership roles.  Finally, we work with established ministries that seek to strengthen their leadership teams to reach new levels of effectiveness and service for Christ.
