May we be faithfully obedient to the Word
as we are led by the Holy Spirit!

As IBL enters its twenty-first year of ministry to God's leaders,
we do so humbly, desiring to be faithfully obedient to His Word and
fully dependent on the Holy Spirit.  Please join us in prayer on
Wednesday, Oct 21, as we seek to follow Him...

...in Our Purpose

“When the Counselor comes, whom I will send to you from the Father,
the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father,
he will testify about me.”   John 15:26

• That we be motivated by a desire to glorify God in all we do

• That God plant our hearts firmly on the path He has for us

• That the Spirit lead us as a united team in His righteousness

...in Our Being

“…but those who live in accordance with the Spirit
have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.”   Rom 8:5b

• For each team member to have a vibrant, growing  relationship with
  our Savior

• For discernment & wisdom from His Word as we serve

• For God’s full provision and protection on our team members and their families

 ...in Our Doing

“My message and my preaching
were not with wise and persuasive words,
but with a demonstration of the Spirits power.” 1 Cor 2:4

• For open hearts in the leaders and teams we serve

• For the Spirit’s discernment, insight and understanding into the issues and challenges faced by those we serve

• That God would be glorified in the lives and ministries of those we come alongside

• For wisdom as we consider new ministry opportunities

• That God lead us as we seek to enhance Essential Ministry Leadership, our methodology of ministry to God’s leaders

• That the counsel we give others would be found in our own lives and ministry

for Russ & Doris Lloyd

• Our three adult children and four grandchildren

• Increased intimacy with God and His Word

• Wisdom for Russ as he oversees the expanding ministries of IBL

for Solomon, Deborah and IBL-Vietnam

• Protection of the underground church from persecution

• That God will strengthen Vietnamese pastors through our various training activities

for Derick & June Jarvis

• God’s continued blessings of love, vision, and strength

• His full armor of protection for our home

• God's blessing on our ministry with leaders

• Wisdom for Derick as he develops IBL's training ministry to lay leaders
