Beyond the full time staff and board of directors, we also have a team of volunteers that are committed to IBL's vision of strengthening God's leaders.

These individuals are called upon from time to time as their expertise is needed.  We have been blessed to have volunteers assist us in executing all four ministries as well as assisting with internal operations.
