Progress Towards Our Goal

In the past decade God led us to establish long-term partnerships in several countries on the cutting edge of Kingdom advancement. These partnerships enable us to provide IBL’s unique side-by-side training, consulting, and coaching ministries to national pastors and other church leaders. God is greatly blessing our labors, as reflected in the lives and ministries of those we are serving.

We are now pursuing a new initiative to expand our impact in the country of Kenya.  In a nutshell, we have an opportunity to establish parallel training programs in Kijabe and Nairobi.  We will lead a three-year training ministry consisting of theological, pastoral ministry, and leadership tracks for sixty pastors and church leaders.  In addition, we will provide special training for ten individuals which will enable them to train other leaders.  The focus of this three-year initiative is to establish two self-sustaining, self-reproducing training centers in Kenya.

We have two immediate financial needs totaling $16,350 to support this new work. First, we need to raise $8000 to cover the costs of the December training in Nairobi.  Second, the Kijabe training site (see the large photo) requires $8350 in lodging and kitchen upgrades to host our students. Please consider providing a one-time gift to help us meet these needs. Thank you!
