We consult with leadership teams in churches, mission agencies, and para-church ministries. We seek to guide the leadership team to discern God’s desires. We provide process-oriented tools to help the organization move forward successfully in God-honoring ministry. We labor side-by-side with teams to restore vitality, strengthen unity, and develop missional focus.
Our approach is to utilize biblical principles, not secular paradigms, to assist teams in crisis, to improve team effectiveness, and to develop intentional strategic ministry. Our goal is to identify and address the key barriers that are hindering God-honoring ministry. We utilize a process of discreet God-honoring data collection, prayerful assessment, relevant recommendations, and assistance with implementation.
